Established in March 2011 and with over 40 years experience between the two directors, Black Cat Services Chartered Surveyors, offer a fresh and dynamic approach to all property,construction and safety related matters. We are part of the Black Cat Group and our Lead Surveyor has a vast amount of experience gained working in the Facilities Management Department at BAE Systems (Brough). It is because of this experience that we are able to offer a diverse range of quality support services.
Qualifying as a building Surveyor in 2004, achieving our Chartered status in July 2011, becoming Regulated by the RICS in August 2011 and having worked extensively as a Facilities Management Project Manager, our Lead Surveyor (Peter Melling BSc(Hons) MRICS has been involved in a large range of construction projects, in charge of feasibility studies, large building surveys, concept / full design, contract administration, complete project management and the discharge of legislative requirements. In addition he has also had extensive exposure to health, safety and risk assessment on a wide range of construction projects.
At Black Cat Services, we are extremely proud of our diverse extent of support services which include but are not limited to:

- CDM Consultancy
- Construction Safety Consultancy (including bespoke training).
Our Lead Surveyor is also a qualified trainer and we as well as providing “Safety Consultancy” we also pride ourselves in being able to develop bespoke training as required by our customers.
