Construction Design Management Training
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (also known as the CDM Regulations) are 
applicable to all construction projects, regardless of their size or complexity. At Black Cat Services, we understand the need to ensure that your employees both understand and can interpret the CDM regulations. Using the associated Approved Code of Practice (ACoP), we provide a series of high quality and detailed training courses on the application of the regulations, with specific reference to each of the duty holders, their roles as detailed by the regulations and their respective responsibilities. Each training course involves syndicate exercises and open discussions around the application CDM in your specific workplace.
At Black Cat Services we also provide a unique approach to course handouts, adopting the Japanese concept of the A3 report. We do not handout reams of PowerPoint slides; instead we provide single A3 handouts per session that become easy reference points when applying the learning back in the work place.
